Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your delivery in real-time through our website or the carrier's tracking portal. You'll also receive updates when your delivery is out for delivery.
Signature is required for most furniture deliveries. If you're not home, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery. You can also schedule a specific delivery window or authorize the driver to leave the package in a safe location.
Standard delivery includes delivery to your door. White glove service with assembly, unpacking, and debris removal is available for an additional fee. Select this option at checkout or contact us to add it to your order.
No hidden fees! All costs including delivery charges are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Additional fees may apply for remote locations, special requests, or white glove service, but these will always be shown upfront.
Your payment method is authorized at the time of purchase but you're charged when your order ships. For custom or made-to-order items, we may require a 50% deposit with the balance due before delivery.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, cancellation fees may apply if your order has already been processed or shipped. Contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
